Privacy policy

Effective November 2026

MoJo Diecast is a trade name of MoJo Motorsports Memorabilia LLC (“we”). This policy covers mojodiecast.com.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you use the Sell to us or Car Finder form, or email us, we get what you enter: your name, email, phone number if you give it, the details you write, and any photos you upload.
• Visit counts. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. It doesn’t use cookies and doesn’t identify you.
• Spam checks. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from bots. Cloudflare’s privacy policy covers that data.

How we use it

To answer you, make an offer on your collection, and let you know when we find a car you asked us to look for. That’s it. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to a mailing list unless you ask.

Where it’s kept

Form submissions are emailed to us through Resend and arrive in our business email (Google Workspace). We also keep a copy in a private database on Cloudflare, so Car Finder requests don’t get lost. The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Photos you upload are stored privately on Cloudflare with location data removed, and deleted after 90 days.

How long we keep it

We keep Car Finder requests until you find your car or ask us to remove them, and collection inquiries for as long as we’re talking with you plus a reasonable time after.

Your choices

Email hello@mojodiecast.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you, and we’ll take care of it.

Purchases on other sites

Orders placed through eBay or another marketplace are covered by that site’s own privacy notice.

Kids

This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
